Remote Teaching of Physical Education: The Experience with Digital Interclass Games in a Public School in Ceará
Abstract
The article addresses the need for reformulation of the traditional models of interclass games, promoted by public high schools, considering the current pandemic scenario. The objective is to discuss the adoption of methodologies that include digital games in this type of competition. The study methodology is a microethnography, aiming to understand the contribution of the interclass model with digital games to the teaching of Physical Education. The study points out that in times of social isolation, the model had good adherence by the school community, including reaching students who did not identify with the traditional models of interclass games, in addition to challenging the physical education teacher to invest in her own training process.
