This paper presents the experience report of mini programming and robotics minicourses for teenager girls from Macaé and region. The aim of this work is to encourage women for the careers of sciences, engineering and computing, and to advertise the undergraduate courses in Engineering offered by Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) for these young women. The minicourses took place in partnership with teachers from three public schools and reached a total of 50 tennagers, 35 of whom were female. Throughout the classes, it was possible to observe the interest of the students in the activities carried out in the Engineering courses and the curiosity to learn more about programming.
