The Proceedings of the 15th Women in Information Technology (WIT 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, on July 18 to 23, as part of the 41st Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2021) which had the theme "Innovation and Digital Transformation: Facing the Complexity and Uncertainties of the Contemporary World". In this issue, the proceedings include 26 full papers and 22 short papers (16 of which were originally submitted as full papers). These papers were selected through a double anonymous peer review process, from a total of 65 full papers and 15 short papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 40% e 40%, respectively. The event's program committee was coordinated by Isabela Gasparini and Luciana Salgado, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 04/19/2021, accepted for publication on 05/21/2021, with the final version submitted on 06/04/2021.
