An Experience report of the #include<girls> group creation: where we are now and what comes next
Abstract
This paper describes the actions carried out during the creation of the #include<girls> group, including data collection, planning, and results. The main goal of the group is to develop academic activities to promote the enrollment of girls in higher education in the areas of Computing and Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The paper also presents the outline of the next steps, taking into account the needs identified in the community and at the university.
