The Proceedings of the 3rd Quantum Networks Workshop (WQuNets 2026) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Praia do Forte/BA, Brazil, from May 25-29, 2026, as part of the 44th Brazilian Symposium on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (SBRC 2026). In this issue, the proceedings include 12 full papers and 04 extended abstracts. These papers were selected through a single-blind review, from a total of 25 full papers and 05 extended abstracts submitted, which implied acceptance rates of 48% and 80%, respectively. This volume was organized by Antônio Abelém (UFPA), Alexandre Baron Tacla (SENAI CIMATEC), José Ferreira de Rezende (UFRJ), and Diego Medeiros de Abreu (RNP), workshop chairs, and by Rodrigo Mansilha (UNIPAMPA) and Bruno Santos (UFBA), SBRC 2026 publications chairs. The articles in this volume were submitted on 04/05/2026, accepted for publication on 04/17/2026, with the final version submitted on 04/24/2026.
