Artificial Intelligence and Software Development: Biases, Privacy, and Ethical Responsibility
Abstract
This paper addresses ethical issues in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, with an emphasis on algorithmic bias, data privacy, and the social impact of these technologies. The technical, social, and legal implications of large-scale AI adoption are analyzed through case studies and recent research. Solutions such as promoting algorithmic transparency, strengthening the ethical training of professionals, and developing joint guidelines among academic institutions, government, and the private sector are discussed. It is emphasized that an interdisciplinary approach is essential to ensure that AI development is fair, responsible, and aligned with democratic values, contributing to a more ethical and inclusive technological future.References
