Identification of experts and recommending new relationships in microblogging environments

Abstract


Microblogging offers fast, portable and organic information and can be considered as meaningful sources of learning. This article presents a social recommendation mechanism that, based on the temporal analysis of the messages, outlines the interest profile of the users, recommending new relationships, in order to help the learning process.
