The Proceedings of the 30th SBC Undergraduate Research Contest (CTIC 2011) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Natal/RN, Brazil, from July 19 to 22, 2011, as part of the 31st Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2011) which had the theme "Computing for All: On the Path to Social Evolution". Each paper has been reviewed by at least three experts. The event's program committee was coordinated by Silvia R. Vergilio (UFPR) and Aurora T. R. Pozo (UFPR), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/21/2011, accepted for publication on 04/25/2011, with the final version submitted on 05/16/2011.
