SIMPel: Sistema Inteligente Híbrido para Apoio a Manutenção Preditiva em Equipamentos Lubrificados
Resumo
Em busca do aumento da produtividade a ALL, como muitas outras empresas, tem buscado aprimorar seus processos de manutenção preditiva para garantir a disponibilidade dos equipamentos. Essa manutenção em equipamentos lubrificados é realizada por meio da análise de óleo e outras informações sobre o equipamento. Entretanto, a obtenção de um diagnóstico consistente é trabalhosa devido à quantidade de regras e condições envolvidas. Nesse contexto, este artigo apresenta o SIMPel, um sistema inteligente híbrido, baseado na teoria de conjuntos fuzzy e sistemas especialistas, que automatiza o diagnóstico de manutenção dos equipamentos lubrificados da ALL. O sistema encontra-se em uso, tendo apresentado um excelente desempenho no testes realizados.Referências
