The Proceedings of the 6th Regional School on High Performance Computing of the Northeast Region (ERAD-NE 2025) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Natal/RN, Brazil, from July 02-04, 2025. In this issue, the proceedings include 16 papers distributed in two tracks: Scientific Initiation Forum and Postgraduate Forum. These papers were selected through a single-blind review. The event's program committee was coordinated by Ítalo A. S. Assis (UFERSA), Kayo Gonçalves e Silva (UFRN), and Samuel Xavier-de-Souza (UFRN), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 05/23/2025, accepted for publication on 05/30/2025, with the final version submitted on 06/13/2025.
