The Proceedings of the 4th Regional High-Performance School of the Midwest (ERAD-CO 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition of the event, held from November 16th to 17th, 2021, hosted from Brasília, Distrito Federal. In this issue, the proceedings include 9 full papers. These papers were selected through a peer-review. This volume was organized by Wellington Santos Martins (UFG), coordinator of the Postgraduate Forum, and by Liana Dessandre Duenha (UFMS), coordinator of the Undergraduate Research Forum. The articles in this volume were submitted on 10/24/2021, accepted for publication on 11/02/2021, with the final version submitted on 11/10/2021.
