Learning by Doing em Fábrica de Software: Relato de uma Experiência no Mestrado Profissional em Computação Aplicada
Abstract
Practical teaching approaches, such as Learning by Doing, are fundamentals in the academic training offered by professional master's programs, which seek to apply the obtained knowledge to a field of specific professional action. This paper reports the experience, within a Software Factory, executed in a discipline of the professional masters in Applied Computing, promoting academics integration with real work processes and problems. Formulated reflections and indications show increase of synergy among groups, creativity development, ability to plan among others. The experience was valid as an application in teaching practice and student training.
