Evaluation of Software for Teaching Project Management based on PMBOK: A Focus Group
Abstract
Project management is an essential activity in current times, as changes occur in the market scenario continuously. To carry out such an important activity, the use of an updated and well-structured tool is essential. With this in mind, the present study aimed to analyze a project management teaching tool based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to later use the data collected to improve it. The main purpose of the research was to identify which aspects of the tool were satisfactory and which needed improvement. To achieve this objective, three focus groups were conducted, which helped to identify crucial points for improvement in the tool, as well as user needs.
