Abstract

Environmental consulting firms work with various clients on multiple projects. In this context, the use of tools that assist in the management of these activities is essential. This study aims to describe the survey conducted to complement the data gathered in meetings with the sponsor of the development of a tool, to understand the needs of professionals in the field. In this way, it was possible to identify the market space in which the solution will be introduced and categorize the requirements to create a development plan in different versions for the tool. The conclusion indicates that the tool has space in the market, focusing on growing companies.
