Evaluation of emotional responses while using a digital service app
Abstract
The study investigated the affective responses of users of a service provided by power company via a smartphone app with a chatbot. We discuss the validation of the interface and the service workflow with emphasis on the user’s experience and the user’s affective responses, including the emoti-SAM artifact.
