The Companion Proceedings of the 21st Brazilian Symposium on Human Factors in Computational Systems (IHC 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Diamantina/MG, from October 17-21, 2022, which had the theme “Paths of Interaction”. In this issue, the proceedings include 52 papers distributed in seven tracks: Short Course Proposals, Workshop Proposals, HCI in Practice, Posters & Demonstrations, Design Competition, Workshop of Theses and Dissertations, and International Papers. These papers were selected through a double-blind review. The event's program committee was coordinated by Kamila Rios Rodrigues (USP) and Ticianne Darin (UFC), who organized this volume.
