ConnecTruth: An environment to disseminate information
Abstract
Fake news is a worrying scenario in today’s world, as it can have several consequences on communication. A great fighter in fake news is information, so the more well-founded a news story is, the more likely it is to be true. This project aims to propose the design of a new social network that values the truth in the exchange of information. The user will be able to insert links and references to indicate the source of the information, and the other users will evaluate and judge the information as true or not.
