Usability and User Experience Assessment Tool of Conversational Systems

Abstract

Conversational Systems (CSs) allow people to interact with smart devices naturally using their voice, aiming at an engagement that simulates a normal conversation with another person. In this context, U2XECS was proposed as a static questionnaire for evaluating Usability and User eXperience (UX) in CSs. However, when conducting this questionnaire multiple times for different CS’s, the process becomes cumbersome and decentralized. Therefore, U2XECS was automated by means of a tool called U2XECS.tech.
