Evaluation of the Conecte SUS Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Data Collection

Abstract

With the emergence of the Coronavirus pandemic and after the production of vaccines to protect the population, the Conect SUS application became widely used as it provides for the integration of citizen health information, such as the control and issuance of the National Certificate of Vaccination COVID-19. Thus, it is possible to have vaccine control of the population, in addition to allowing greater security for events in closed places. With the enactment of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in 2020, the collection and manipulation of user data has become even more discussed by companies and researchers. Following this context, the objective of this work is to evaluate the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and data collection of Conect SUS, in this research, the applications of evaluation methods by inspection (Cognitive Path) and opinion extraction (Questionnaire) were carried out.
