Towards collaboration and knowledge in human computer-interaction for user experience and usability in personal data transparency

Abstract


This paper presents a collaborative environment proposal for knowledge management about Usability and User Experience process for providing personal data transparency. In the proposed environment, development teams will be able to gather and share information about solutions related to processes and products in order to support tasks achievement according to regulations and data subjects' needs. We assume that the environment can provide resources to be used in the final product such as modeling tools, user interface templates and tests components. Also, we assume that this environment will provide broad support for development teams to create transparent and reliable Human Computer-Interface experiences.
