The Proceedings of the 1st Workshop on Interactions with Data Experiences (WIDE 2022) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Diamantina/MG, on October 17, 2022, as part of the 21st Brazilian Symposium on Human Factors in Computer Systems (IHC 2022), and had the theme “Paths of Interaction”. In this issue, the proceedings include 04 papers. These papers were selected through a blind review, from a total of 05 papers submitted, which implied an acceptance rate of 80%. This volume was organized by Luciana Brito (UFRJ), Juliana França (UFRJ), Luiz Morais (Inria, Talence, France), Caroline Queiroz (UFJVM), Angélica Dias (UFRJ) and Adriana Vivacqua (UFRJ). The articles in this volume were submitted on 08/25/2022, accepted for publication on 08/30/2022, with the final version submitted on 07/11/2022.
