Métricas Subjetivas para Avaliação da Usabilidade de Sistemas de Transcrição Automática de Laudos em Radiologia
Resumo
Este artigo descreve uma avaliação de usabilidade de Sistemas de Transcrição Automática de Laudos em Radiologia, através de métricas subjetivas propostas e aplicadas a um estudo de caso, utilizando um plano de testes de usabilidade, a fim de validar o processo. Esta avaliação teve como objetivo secundário ser considerada de baixo custo, pois foram utilizados, primeiramente, usuários voluntários e somente depois as métricas foram aplicadas ao sistema instalado no ambiente hospitalar, com usuários reais. Isso é importante porque diminui o tempo em que os radiologistas têm uma interferência em suas atividades.
