A proposal for data modeling for the creation of dynamic clinical records
Abstract
Healthnet is a Web based system designed to provide telediagnostic and second opinion among health professionals. Its current version is not ready to support healthcare constant evolution once it was built on a relational data model. This paper presents a data model proposal for a new Healthnet aiming to allow system customization by the end user, supporting healthcare evolution.References
