Informatização do Processo de Enfermagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde
Abstract
The study presents a computerization model of the Nursing Process in Primary Health Care (PHC) for Brazil, structured on the e-SUS APS System with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and supported by the nursing theory of Bárbara Barnum. This allows the adoption of the International Classification for Nursing Practices in the e-SUS APS System with EMR. It also finds that the science of nursing needs to be applied with greater prominence in the development of electronic medical records..References
