The Proceedings of the 7th Brazilian Symposium on Ubiquitous and Pervasive Computing (SBCUP 2015) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Recife, during the period July 20-23, as part of the 35th Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2015) which had the theme "Internet of Everything Being Observed". The event's program committee was coordinated by Hyggo Oliveira de Almeida (UFCG), and Leandro Marques do Nascimento (UFRPE), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on May 11, accepted for publication on June 11, with the final version submitted on June 17.
