Development of Serious Game as an aid in the learning process of daily life activities in children with autistic spectrum
Abstract
Several difficulties are encountered daily by autistic people, among them are the activities of daily living. The objective of this work was to develop and evaluate a serious game, for mobile devices, that can help autistic children in performing these tasks. Initially, the scope and functionalities of the game were defined, determining that the serious game would help the learning of the activity of dressing according to the season/situation, in this way, functionalities were created focused on this scope and also that could be adaptable. according to the particularities of autistic children. Subsequently, the game was tested and evaluated by professionals with experience in the treatment of austism, resulting in a favorable evaluation.
