The Companion Proceedings of the 21st Brazilian Symposium on Games and Digital Entertainment (SBGames 2022) bring the articles selected and presented in this edition of the event, which was jointly promoted by the Brazilian Computer Society and the IEEE RA-CS Northeast Brazil Chapter, and realized at the Engineering Technological Complex of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), from October 24 to 27, 2022, in the beautiful city of Natal, RN, Brazil, together with the XXIV Symposium on Virtual and Augmented Reality (SVR 2022) and XXXV Conference on Graphics, Patterns and Images (SIBGRAPI 2022).
