Abstract

The current business environment demands research associating the use of Industry 4.0 technologies to support management decisions. This article aims to present the initial version of a simulator applied to management, using gamification to create virtual scenarios that represent real situations of organizational management. The proposed methodology consists of the design, development and evaluation of the simulator. It is expected the simulation of various actions and selection of the most appropriate to real cases of management, providing assertive decisions and facilitating the learning of stakeholders.
