Análise Conversacional para Diagnosticar e Recomendar a Colaboração em Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem

Resumo


Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem têm sido usados para apoiar a aprendizagem colaborativa, mas determinar a colaboração entre estudantes para incentivar continuamente a aprendizagem permanece sendo uma questão desafiadora. Como a análise conversacional pode fornecer um diagnóstico do nível de colaboração entre estudantes, este artigo apresenta três índices para mensurar as interações, perguntas e tópicos relevantes nas suas conversas. Com base nesses índices, são sugeridas recomendações para estudantes e professores a fim de melhorar a colaboração. Experimentos usando fóruns de discussão do Moodle foram realizados como prova de conceito, nos quais os participantes avaliaram as recomendações, indicando que os resultados são promissores.
