Análise comparativa de vídeos do YouTube de canais de homens e mulheres na área de computação: uma investigação a partir dos comentários
Abstract
This work analyzes YouTube videos from male and female computer science channels, focusing on comments. The research aims to understand possible behavioral and interaction differences between users when consuming content produced by different genders. Sixty videos with at least 50 comments were chosen (30 from women and 30 from men). From the comments, sentiment analysis and other quantitative metrics were carried out. In addition, a qualitative analysis was carried out which made it possible to verify trends in sexist comments on material by women. This research contributes to the understanding of gender dynamics in knowledge sharing videos and can help create more inclusive and equitable strategies in computer science education.
