WAVE – Um Modelo de Capacidade para Desenvolvimento de Software com Captive Centers
Resumo
O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar um modelo de capacidade proposto com o objetivo de documentar os padrões de evolução das práticas das organizações envolvidas com o internal offshoring. O modelo proposto é útil para aquelas empresas iniciando operações de DDS com captive centers, que poderão se beneficiar do conhecimento de práticas que foram aplicadas em outras organizações no passado. O modelo foi avaliado em duas empresas e os resultados são apresentados e discutidos.
