Development of a Software Process Adhering to ISO 9001: 2000 Based on the Agile Scrum Process
Abstract
This paper describes how the research and development department of a mobile devices company developed a process compliant to ISO 9001:2000 for use in Scrum-based projects in software development, based on the experience and history in the use of this agile process in former projects, maintaining its quality system compliant to ISO 9001:2000, getting certified in this standard, and improving its projects performance.
