Abstract

This paper describes the deployment of a software testing process at NeoIT, a small software development company. The deployment was carried out by the instantiation of a generic testing process, taking into account the NeoIT particularities and needs. The deployed testing process, which was used in two development projects, provided a substantial improvement in the quality of products developed by the company.
