Abstract

The Capability Maturity Model for Software has been used by many organizations as a way to improve its software processes. The aim of this paper is to present an instrument (questionnaire) developed to track the SW- CMM Level 2 implantation process and to describe an experience about its application. The instrument developed and a critical analyses of the results obtained by the instrument application are presented as contribution.
