Em Direção a um Modelo de Maturidade Tecnológica para Cidades Inteligentes

Resumo


Para poderem lidar com o crescimento populacional desenfreado, governos necessitam empregar novos dispositivos estratégicos para a criação de Cidades Inteligentes. As Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TICs) são fundamentais para alcançar este objetivo. Este artigo traz uma discussão a respeito das etapas a serem seguidas para gradualmente se alcançar um nível ideal de Cidade Inteligente. Para tal, propomos um modelo de maturidade tecnológica.
