Abstract

This paper presents a method to identify the similarity between people from the analysis of their resumes. The objective of this work is to a similarity function to find people who can accomplish a given task or project. finished task or project. The work compares 3 forms of analysis: the analysis analysis of the titles of the publications, the analysis of the keywords and the analysis of the publications. The application of this method supports recommendation systems systems to offer more relevant information sources to users. more relevant information sources to users.
