Implementing the MPS.BR Level G Model in a Small Organization
Abstract
The current investment spent on implementing quality processes inhibits quality inhibits software process enablement in small companies. small companies. However, the implementation of a model can become a strategic strategic differential for these organizations. Thus, this paper reports on a quality project made possible by the University-Company interaction Company and without financial subsidies. Developed in the Innovation Center Innovation Center/Microsoft, the project seeks to develop similar alternatives for other alternatives for other organizations with the same structure.
