Discussing a Recommendation System to Support Participation in the Democratic Citizen Community

Abstract

This paper proposes a recommendation system facing virtual communities seeking to analyze the proposal impacts presented in a dedicated virtual community for debate and discussion of matters of public interest. To conduct the evaluation, there was an experiment used the virtual community described after the implementation of the proposal. The analysis of data collected during the experiment showed relevant evidence related to implementation of the proposed.
