Infraestrutura de Orquestração para o Núcleo 5G: Um experimento embrionário visando as redes 6G
Abstract
5G networks face the challenge of aggregating different technologies to enable their operation such as: containers; micro services; virtualized functions (VNF), network slicing and virtualization of network equipment. A current issue regarding the topic is about the management of these technologies and core orchestration. Our proposal is to demonstrate the orchestration of the virtualized functions of the 5G core. This embryonic experiment will serve as a basis for understanding the orchestration demands for 6G networks. A Rancher-based infrastructure with K3s was used to carry out the experiment.
