Analyzer of growth and age reconstruction of the Argentine Squid
Abstract
The Argentine squid has important economic value and great importance for the fishery in southern Brazil. In order to implement fisheries management measures for stocks of this resource, it is necessary to study the relationships between the biological attributes of their populations, these populations to environmental variability throughout the life cycle, determining the age and reconstruction of the growth of individuals by analyzing the gladius and estatolito, which is made with the aid of several statistical software, with the need for each part of the analysis in different software. Thus, this article presents the development of a system that includes all testing and the necessary reports, based on the analysis of the gladius and estatolito.
