Uma Análise Empírica dos Planejamentos Estratégicos das Capitais Brasileiras com Foco na Construção de Cidades Inteligentes
Resumo
Governos municipais em todo o mundo estão transformando cidades em ecossistemas inteligentes, realizando uma grande quantidade de iniciativas inteligentes em diferentes domínios com o objetivo de melhorar a eficiência nos serviços públicos e tornar os governos municipais mais transparentes e responsáveis. Alguns projetos inteligentes implementados em diferentes domínios são considerados ilhas isoladas sem fazer parte de um planejamento global. O objetivo do artigo é investigar as capitais brasileitas e sua adoção ou não de planejamentos estratégicos (PE) com foco no desenvolvimento de cidades inteligentes. Os resultados mostram que a maioria das cidades não possuem PE formais e as que possuem não o utilizam como ferramentas de governança.
