GIF: Management and Fiscal Intelligence Oriented System for Municipal Tax Administration

Abstract

This article presents a system for fiscal management and intelligence, called GIF, consisting of NFSe and DMSE modules that allow service providers to interact with the local tax authorities to comply with their tax obligations, including the issuance of invoice electronic services, with payment form generation and payment of the ISS and information monthly statement of electronic services also to pay tribute among other features. Another GIF module, the ATRe, offers several features that make agile oversight and thus promote greater fiscal justice to combat and inhibit evasion. The GIF was deployed Campo Bom, State of Rio Grande do Sul, bringing quantitative and qualitative results quite significant.
