Computational Literacy Applied to Learning Basic Mathematics in the Initial Training of Indigenous Computing Teachers in Basic Education
Abstract
This paper presents an action research focused on the initial training of computer science teachers for the Ticuna indigenous ethnicity. The theories of Ausubel’s meaningful learning and Dee Fink’s taxonomy were applied together with computational literacy. This is an innovative approach since no works in the literature report pedagogical methods for the initial training of indigenous computer science teachers. The results show that the methodology used was effective for the teaching and learning process of the Ticuna indigenous students.References
