Uma Arquitetura para Chatterbots Emocionais
Resumo
Neste artigo abordamos a utilização de emoções em chatterbots, propondo uma arquitetura modular para agentes conversacionais com emoções (Alice2 – Alice Emocional). Também são apresentadas a implementação de um agente baseado nesta arquitetura e a discussão das interações dos usuários com o chatterbot emocional implementado.
