Abstract

This paper describes the implementation of an autonomous ground vehicle controlled by a BDI agent. This approach provides to the vehicle features such as autonomy, social skills, proactivity, and reactivity. Besides implementing the behaviour of the vehicle in an agent-oriented programming language, this paper describes the integration between hardware and software.
