Proposta Metodológica de Ensino e Avaliação para o Desenvolvimento do Pensamento Computacional com o Uso do Scratch

Abstract


Teaching basic concepts of Computer Science in basic education is fundamental to the development of skills necessary for problem solving, can support and relate to other sciences. In order to stimulate the development of Computational Thinking, this paper presents the design and evaluation of a workshop held Scratch with students from a public school in state of Pernambuco. Although the sample size is not statistically significant, the results indicate the effectiveness of the workshop in relation to the learning content Computing. The method described can be replicated in other contexts where Scratch can be used.
