The Proceedings of the 32nd Undergraduate Research Contest (CTIC 2013) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held in Maceió/AL from July 23 to 26, as part of the 33rd Brazilian Computing Society Congress (CSBC 2013) which had the theme "Smart Cities: Challenges for Computing". The event's program committee was coordinated by Martin A. Musicante and Baldoino Santos Neto, who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on 03/29/2013, and accepted for publication on 05/24/2013, with the final version submitted on 05/31/2013.
