The Proceedings of the 3rd Dataset Showcase Workshop (DSW 2021) bring the papers selected and presented in the edition of the event held online, during the period October 04-08, 2021, co-located with the 36th Brazilian Symposium on Databases (SBBD 2021), and organized by CEFET/RJ (Rio de Janeiro). In this issue, the proceedings include 16 papers. These papers were selected through a peer-review. This volume was organized by Carina F. Dorneles (UFSC), Eric Araújo (UFLA) and Mirella M. Moro (UFMG), DSW 2021 Chairs. The articles in this volume were submitted on 08/12/2021, accepted for publication on 09/03/2021, with the final version submitted on 09/08/2021.
