The Proceedings of the 6th Regional School of High-Performance Computing from Rio de Janeiro (ERAD-RJ 2020) bring the papers selected and presented in the online edition from November 30 to December 4, 2020. In this issue, the proceedings include 15 papers. These papers were selected through a peer-review process. The event's program committee was coordinated by Marcelo Zamth (UFRRJ) and Ubiratam de Paula (UFRRJ), who organized this volume. The articles in this volume were submitted on November 6, 2020, and accepted for publication on November 20, 2020.
