Construção e avaliação de interface de usuário para aplicação móvel com base em heurísticas de usabilidade
Abstract
Although smartphones are pervasive among students, many academic information systems are available only on conventional computers. This work seeks to promote the use of mobile applications in academic systems, proposing a prototype integrated to the system of a Brazilian federal university. The research question deals with the influence of usability heuristics on the prototype evaluation by the student community. The work involved the construction of the prototype based on heuristics and the usability evaluation through a survey with students. Positive ratings indicate that usability heuristics contribute to the quality of the user experience for this type of mobile application.
